  J'étais cliente avec Desjardins... Et j'ai changer pour avoir mes assurances avec mon conjoint pour avoir tout familiale... 1e, ça été compliquer pour me désabonné. 2e, il me facture encore tandis que je ne suis plus avec eux, et que c'était effectif pour le mois de février 2018. 3e, il dise qu'ils sont ouverts depuis 7h, il est 7h30 et le bureau est fermé, personne peut prendre l'appel...... Vos horaires d'ouvertures semblent ne pas fité sur Google et votre site internet. Le service est déplorable.

  En tant que client desjardins je suis très insatisfait de leur produits d'assurance ils augmentent ma prime alors qu'il mon affirmé qu'elle aurait baisser. De plus ils ne veulent pas négocier alors ils viennent de perdre un client. Je le déconseille fortement.

  I had a vehicle insured with these folks, my wife totaled the vehicle and when came time to pay out the replacement value, they paid 5100$ less that the replacement value actually cost. They got a price on a vehicle that was left in the dealer inventory from the previous model year that had been sitting there of a year that was not selling because of it's colour and based their reimbursement on that. The actual vehicle we had had a replacement value 5142$ more than the vehicle proposed by the insurance company. I don't recommend Desjardins assurance generals at all!

  This place is horrible! I called for info about my house insurance that I’ve had for many years. They asked me to confirm if my pet situation was still the same, I confirmed that we have since adopted a rescue dog that is a Pitbull/German Shepard/lab mix and they told me that they are revoking the civil responsibility clause of my policy because my dog is a menace to society!!!! And this without asking any info about my dog. FYI Desjardins and it’s company policies of discrimination are a menace to society!
